- Depuis la Posture du Dauphin pres d'un mur
- Avancez les pieds vers les coudes
- Lancez une jambe vers le haut, puis l'autre
- Empilez les hanches au-dessus des epaules
- Gardez les avant-bras paralleles et appuyez a travers les mains
