- 从弓步降低前小腿到地面
- 将其向前倾斜
- 后腿向正后方伸直
- 完整表达时,弯曲后膝向后伸手抓脚
- 脊柱后弯,打开胸腔

- Not recommended with acute lower back pain or disc problems
